aesthetically this is my favorite ghibli movie so far. i still put spirited away above it overall but i love the aesthetics of this!!!

I'm watching this movie cause ariana grandes new album coming out tonight is named after it so i thought it would be fun to watch it before the album comes out. I didnt really expect to feel crazy about this movie but i really liked it. the shots and editing are really cool im a big fan of good or unique editing. also just the entire plot of the movie is really interesting i never felt bored! W movie tbh i quite liked it!

FIRST GOOFIN' & GOOPIN' MOVIE NIGHT!!!!!

A lot of my friends have never seen most studio ghibli movies (including me) so we are kicking off the beginning of our movie nights with my neighber totoro!! i think i like ponyo and spirited away more, but still a really good and beautiful movie and was really fun to watch it with all my buddies!!!

man that scene of taki going through the fabrics of time where its all rainbow was beautiful. also i realize ive almost only watched anime movies so far i need to stop idk why im watching so many i dont like anime all that much im not a geek i swear

classic movie was fun to watch on my crt. i really liked the stop motion on the big robot guy

i honestly didnt really like this movie sorry sports fans. it gave me the same feeling you get from reboots of classic tv shows that completely miss the mark idk!! also the animation in this one is different and looks really weird i cant quite put my finger on it but the characters looks weird. they also use cgi too much and it looks goofy. there were some tropy lines as well like yelling activate when starting the ship or the eva was silly more of a nitpick but didnt like it regardless. there are still elements i like but overall not a massive fan.

as for the whole series (as of now) i think it is sorta a waste. the 2nd movie was really good but the first was alright and this one was kinda bad. it had to be a lot more rushed since its condensed into movies but i feel like they focused on the wrong parts sometimes leading to the characters not being as likable. for example, i was already not really a fan of asuka in the show but her one redeeming quality to me wasnt really touched on in the movies. she never really talks about her personal issues and is just a brick wall the whole time. i get theres another movie coming but still feels like that should have been introduced by now. yeah i could probably go on for a while about why i dont like it but i dont wanna so yeah sorry. maybe im just an eva old head and im blind to the new school hip movies i dont know

also i found out the 4th movie is already out idk how im so stupid obv 3.0+1.0 is the 4th idk i thought it was some special release of the 3rd movie i will watch that next

this movie rules a whole lot more than the last one i dont know if i get why they introduced the new girl character but maybe will be explained more in the next movie idk. but i loved shinji and reis characters and how they interacted in this they are my favorite characters and i think i liked how they were portrayed more in this than the show!!

Its been almost a year since i watched the anime now im finally getting around to watching this. I love the theming of these movies even though i havent seen them yet as is obvious by me labeling versions of this site as 1.11,2.22,3.33 and so on. I also think the titles like you are (not) alone is really cool.

This movie was really cool but kinda just because evangelion was cool I dont really see the point unless the next movies change more which im sure they will. but this movie was just evangelion trimmed down so still good just not really necessary imo!

The aesthetics of this movie are so cool!!!! the city looks super cool its like a dark version of neo tokyo from akira. I thought I would really like this movie just based on what I had seen of it and I did like it but I also didnt really love the plot. It was still good though just the plot felt a little lackluster to me for some reason. Other than that really good movie I really enjoyed it!!

this was pretty cool i quite liked it!! the animation was great obviously i also liked the music and was a fun little show to binge in one day

i hecking love nathan fielder!!!! this show is so uncomfortable but really funny i quite liked it
